Maybe you have come across websites with advertisements about vouchers from CymbalONE.

However, CymbalONE does NOT hand out vouchers through other websites than our own, but bemoan no more: There is one thing to do...

Here you can get a voucher

Once in a while, we send out vouchers via our newsletter, fx when launching a campaign. If you would like to be informed about new vouchers, please just sign up for our newsletter here.

How to receive a voucher at 15 EUR

When you sign up for our newsletter, you will automatically receive a voucher at 15 EUR to purchase our cymbals.

About Vouchers and discount codes

What is a voucher?

A voucher is a unique string of text provided to you for the purpose of getting a discount on the shop.

Where do I enter the voucher?

On CymbalONE, you'll find the voucher field in the shopping cart, just below the total price. The field will say, "Insert voucher here..."

How do I use the voucher field?

Once you've located the field, paste your voucher in. It's a good idea to use copy/paste rather than typing it manually to avoid any errors.

After entering the voucher, click the "Activate Voucher" button. The prices will then adjust to reflect the discount you've been given.

My voucher isn’t working – why?

At CymbalONE, it's possible to receive a 15 EUR voucher for cymbals when you sign up for our newsletter. You’ll have 8 days to use the voucher.

However, there are two common mistakes we see from time to time:

- A customer tries to use the cymbal voucher to buy something other than cymbals. In this case, no discount will be applied.
- A customer uses the voucher after it has expired, which means it is no longer valid. Again, no discount will be applied.

Other things to know about vouchers

Vouchers can be either a set amount or a percentage

A voucher can either be a specific amount – like the 15 EUR from our newsletter offer – or, for example, 10% off the total price. These details will typically be specified where the voucher is provided.

Vouchers are only available directly from CymbalONE

You won’t find vouchers for CymbalONE anywhere other than from us directly. Not 3rd party websites offers this - at least not any real ones!

My voucher should work, but it’s not!

Of course, there can occasionally be a technical issue preventing your voucher from working. Fortunately, this is rare. If it does happen, reach out to us via chat, email, or phone. You’ll find all the relevant contact details at the bottom of the page.
