Drum Gear 14" Vintage Rims - Kit

These beautiful vintage rims from Drum Gear can give your snare drum a completely new sound.

Because of their weight, the vintage rims give you a very open sound.

These rims come with 20x mini claw hooks (the small catchers for the tension rods (screws), like those on a bass drum) as well as 20x 52mm tension rods.

You must replace your snare drum's current 42mm tension rods with the new 52mm ones as the vintage rims make it necessary for slightly longer tension rods in order to reach the lugs.

The kit can be used for snare drums with both 8 and 10 lugs (this is because the holes for the tension rods are not directly on the rims but use small movable claw hools instead).
