Anatolian JC 15" Chocolate Hihat

Because what we have here is indeed a truly resonant - and beautiful - 15" hi-hat from Anatolian's Jazz Collection (JC Series).

Both the top and bottom are unlathed, giving the cymbals a very dark tone with a nice stick definition.

However, the cymbals aren't particularly thin, and the combination - thin cymbals with unlathed surfaces - really brings something special.

This is a fantastic hi-hat for jazz, funk, and soul or wherever you imagine that crispy, dark sound fits in.
