With the Diamond series from Anatolian, you get a completely unique sound.
The cymbals are born with quite large bells and are additionally lathed a little further down in the outer approximately 60% of the surface.
The result is a cymbal with a slightly different response and sound. It feels like there's a bit more "hold" in the cymbal, even though it still feels relatively thin to play on. So, you get a different degree of control and a different type of crash than you would otherwise find in Anatolian cymbals.
Furthermore, the cymbals are tonally a bit brighter than many other B20 cymbals, just as they visually stand out as well.
Here's a very nice example, with a really fine response curve and a really good sound.
